About the Center
The Enoch D. Davis Center is an 18,000 square foot multiservice center located adjacent to the James Weldon Johnson Branch Library. The facility houses space for human service agencies, two meeting rooms, two multi-purpose halls, snack bar and many other nice amenities.
On-site agencies provide direct services at the center. These agencies help residents with various social service needs, such as congregate dining and legal services. You can even pay your City of St. Petersburg water utility bill right here. When it comes to family, friends and community, Enoch D. Davis Center is a great place to start.
It’s also part of our mission is to carry out Rev. Davis’ lifelong dedication to make our community a rich and great place to live.
History of the Center
The Enoch D. Davis Center was named for the Rev. Enoch D. Davis, a long time activist and civic leader in the community. The building was opened on September 13, 1981.
