Throughout the year, the City of St. Petersburg and the St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation Department host large city events.
These events include Raptorfest, Green Thumb Festival, Fourth of July, Hispanic Heritage Celebration, Autumn Harvest Festival, Field of Screams, Holidays in the Sunshine City.

The annual Senior Hall of Fame shines a light on senior volunteers by honoring a select group of nominated individuals, 62 years or olders, who have made significant contributions toward enriching the quality of life for others in St. Petersburg.

Event Cosponsorship
An average of 90 events take place in the St. Petersburg yearly. When you consider there are only 52 weeks in a year, we have a lot going on here. Events like the Ribfest, Special Olympics, St. Pete Run Fest and Tampa Bay Blues Festival are just a few.
