Application Process

Applications must be received at least 7 business day prior to the event. City staff, security, or police may be required based on event details.

Application are accepted:
Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Submit applications to the Athletic Divisionat athletics@stpete.org. For questions contact the athletics office at (727) 893-7298.

Availability
Most athletic fields and courts are available for use from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. There is a two hour minimum for all rentals. Fields are not lined, and bases are not provided. The Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel or relocate a rental due to field conditions and/or City programing.

Payment Information

Rentals must be paid if full prior to event. Payment may be made by cash, check (made payable to City of St. Petersburg), or credit card.
