The Green Thumb Festival is seeking adult, teenage, and family volunteers for the annual Arbor Day celebration at Walter Fuller Park, 7891 26th Avenue North. Volunteers are needed for both days and the following shifts are available:

9 am - 11 pm
11 pm - 1 pm
1 pm - 3 pm

You may work more than one shift. Family groups are welcome and credit for school volunteer hours is available for students who volunteer.

Volunteer opportunities are with the $5 tree sales, children's arts and crafts, volunteer booth, and the plant give-away (volunteers for the plant give-away are only needed for the first shift each day). A Festival T-shirt will be given to each volunteer when checking out at the Volunteer Booth located at the Information Tent, located just south of the playground and west of the Center. Drinks will be available during your volunteer time. Please check in 10 minutes before the start of your shift.

The parking entrance is on 80th Street, between 27th and 28th Avenues, which is north of the center. Special parking has been set aside for volunteers. Limited handicap parking is in the front parking lot of the center.
